The story behind this blog
One evening after class, I realised that I always did the same thing whenever I felt tired, stressed or bloated: I made myself a cup of tea. Green tea for energy, herbal tea to help me sleep, rooibos for my stomach…
When I looked for information, I mostly came across ‘miracle detox teas’ and promises that were impossible to believe. So, as a student passionate about tea, health and well-being, I decided to create this blog to help people make better use of tea for their sleep, digestion and energy, with simple, honest explanations and no bullshit.
